4. Subscription and Billing
Premium and Pro plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Not Medical Advice
KuchAI Health provides informational content only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to distribute malware, to scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or in any way that could damage the service or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software in KuchAI Health are owned by Fazliddin Vojipov or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
