This policy explains what information KuchAI and the KuchAI Health app collect, how it is used, and what choices users have.

1. Who we are

Fazliddin Vojipov, an independent developer based in Uzbekistan, operates KuchAI, the public-facing website for the KuchAI Health mobile application.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

  • Account information such as name, email address, and sign-in identifiers.
  • Profile and wellness information such as age range, height, weight, goals, and preferences.
  • Meal logs, workout entries, sleep-related entries, trend history, and exported reports.
  • Meal photos or uploaded images used for analysis features.
  • Usage, diagnostics, crash, and device information needed to operate and improve the app.
  • Billing records and order metadata connected to premium access.

3. Health and AI processing

Some features analyze health-related information and meal images to generate wellness suggestions. These outputs are informational only and are not medical advice.

AI features may process submitted prompts, meal images, and related account context to generate coaching messages, nutrition estimates, and wellness guidance.

4. How we use information

  • To create and manage user accounts.
  • To provide meal analysis, goal tracking, progress reporting, and coaching features.
  • To sync supported health and activity data when a user gives permission.
  • To process premium access, billing questions, cancellation requests, and support issues.
  • To secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and improve product quality.

5. Payment and subscription data

For website purchases, checkout may be provided by a secure payment partner. We may retain order references, subscription status information, and support notes related to premium access.

We do not intend to store full card details on this website.

6. Third-party services

Depending on the feature, we may use third-party providers for:

  • sign-in and account access
  • cloud storage and app reliability
  • analytics and error monitoring
  • AI-powered app features
  • secure payment and billing operations

7. Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleted accounts and related data are removed within a reasonable operational window unless longer retention is required by law.

8. User choices and rights

  • Users can update account information inside the app where available.
  • Users can request account deletion and data removal through support or in-app controls.
  • Users can disconnect optional health-data integrations.
  • Users can request billing help, cancellation support, or refund review using the published contact channel.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account, billing, and wellness-related data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should also protect their devices and credentials.

11. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries outside the user's home country, including locations where cloud infrastructure or billing tools operate.
